Things You Should Know Thursday: The Crossfit Games

The Crossfit Games have officially started and let me tell you...if you don't know a single thing about Crossfit, they are still inspiring and will leave you in awe of what the human body and mind are capable of overcoming! Althetes from all over the world competed in regional competitions to qualify for the Games. Competitors don't know the workouts, they just know they're going to be challenged mentally and physically and that their bodies will be pushed to the max. Day 1 was yesterday and was the longest workout in Games history with a triathlon event at Camp Pendleton, standing broad jumps then an obstacle course that's unlike any I've ever seen. Here's the schedule for viewing the Games and the site to check out all the details. No matter where you are in your fitness journey I promise this will inspire and awe you! See who comes out victorious in the sport of fitness!

CF Games will be broadcast each day this coming weekend on ESPN3, if you have Mediacom. The hours of the broadcast are:
Friday, July 13: 5:15 – 11:15 p.m., ET
Saturday, July 14: 1:30 – 5 p.m. and 8:30 – 11:30 p.m., ET
Sunday, July 15: 1:30-7:30 p.m., ET
