Fitness Fun Friday: Post Thanksgiving Turkey Burner

Do each exercise in for 30 seconds - 1 minute depending on your fitness level. Switch quickly to the next exercise. Rest 2-3 minutes after completing all 8 exercises. Repeat 1-2 more times!

Push ups
Squat jumps
Sit ups
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Lunges
Burpees
Leg lifts

Each exercise on it's own isn't difficult but the combination and lack of rest during the circuit adds up to maximum fat burning!
