Stability balls are a great addition to your home exercise equipment. They are inexpensive, versatile and easy to find. Here's a challenging core exercise using your stability ball:
Ever notice how easy it is to focus on everything we've done wrong when it comes to exercise and eating? The successes we've had are easily shadowed by the flops and failures we're sure have set us back tremendously.
I have seen positive thinking yield positive results. I know that what you think about yourself can effect how you look and feel. This week choose to focus on what you're doing right. Celebrate your successes rather than dial in on your missed workout or half eaten brownie. When you focus on what you're doing right you tend to do more...well...right!

You'll be part of a private Facebook group and receive daily workouts and nutrition tips plus ongoing support and accountability from the group. Almost 20 people are participating this April and are experiencing AMAZING results! Equipment will be minimal and inexpensive. Modifications/demonstrations are provided for every exercise. Information on Paleo will be provided and you can choose to accept the nutrition challenge for the month and see how much your body changes!
