- 2 c spinach (fresh, torn up slightly)
- splash of almond milk
- 1-2 Tbsp sunflower butter (I buy mine at Trader Joe’s! – tastes just like PB)
- 1/2 frozen banana (have also used fresh)
- water and ice as needed to make full drink
