Successful people work on their strengths 80% of the time and weaknesses 20%. What exercise or muscle group needs the most work in your routine? If it's your upper body, how are your push ups? If it's your core, how are your planks? How about your lower body? Can you squat with full depth and efficiently (20 in 20 seconds)?
Dedicate just 3-5 mins daily to working on your weaknesses. Choose a number of reps and work through them with full range of motion focusing on each and every rep. Rest often, stretch and keep chipping away at it.
