1 minute as many push ups as you can (on toes or knees, try to get your chest as close to the ground as you can!)
1 minute rest
1 minute as many squats as you can (try and get your hip crease below your knees!)
1 minute rest
1 minute as many mountain climbers as you can (keep your butt down and draw your knees in toward your chest)
1 minute rest
1 minute as many lunges as you can (you can jump these if you'd like for an extra challenge! Try and bring your back knee down so that it "kisses" the ground)
**2 minute rest; repeat one more time
trying to meet or better your scores!
