Want to amp up your walk for max calorie burning and a great sweat? Purchase a medicine ball from Target, Walmart or any sporting goods store. They are cheap and come in sizes 4# all the way up to super duper heavy (yes, that's the technical term). :)Walk with the ball above your head for 30 seconds
Hold and walk for 2 minutes
Walking lunges with the ball overhead or held 30 seconds
Hold and walk for 2 minutes
Push ups with the ball under 1 hand then switch 30 seconds, find a spot in the grass!
Hold and walk for 2 minutes
Squats with ball overhead or held 30 seconds
Hold and walk 2 minutes
Sit ups with ball hugged to chest 30 seconds, find a spot in the grass!
Repeat 1-3 more times! And guess what...if people stare as they walk or drive by...it just means they're impressed :)
