
1. Thomas light multi grain English muffin with 2 eggs or 3 eggs whites or 1 egg and 1 piece turkey sausage
2. Kashi cereal - 1 serving with 1/2 cup almond milk or skim milk
3. Natural peanut butter (1 serving) on 1 piece whole grain bread or whole grain tortilla
4. 2 hard boiled eggs and fresh berries - a favorite of mine when I'm rushing out the door as it's easy to eat in the car
5. Omelets - use egg beaters or real eggs and add in your favorite veggies! I love mushrooms, green/red peppers, onions and fresh salsa.
6. Steel cut oatmeal
7. Egg white protein powder (another favorite of mine) mixed with frozen mangos or your favorite frozen fruit and almond milk or skim milk
8. Dried fruit (no sulfur, low sugar), mixed natural nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds) and almond milk or skim milk - no milk if you're in a hurry, just throw in a bag and take with you!
9. Greek yogurt and fresh berries
10. Subway English muffin breakfast sandwich with a coffee!
