Thursday nights are my favorite nights because I actually sit for more than 10 minutes! I love Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and The Office. Last night I used that time to elevate and ice a sore knee :) but that time can also be used as a workout if you haven't squeezed one in yet for the day! Here's some ideas:During 1 commerical hold a plank as long as you can:

During 2 commercials do squats

You can do this during as many commercial breaks as you'd like! Beats mindlessly snacking and you get a whole body workout in while enjoying your favorite show!
