Workout that Works Wednesday

What did she say?!

It's intervals run at a set distance, not time. Light poles are an easy way to run Fartleks. Run/sprint as fast as you can from one light pole to the next then jog/walk from one light pole to the next. Repeat as many times as you'd like...8-16 is a good range. It's an efficient way to get in some good fat burning cardio AND it's fun to say! BONUS! :)
