Workout that Works Wednesday

I'm all about multitasking in the gym...move effeciently and effectively in the least amount of time possible for a total body workout that meets your fitness goals. Right?!?

Here's a GREAT exercise that challenges your core, your upper body strength and your lower body strength along with your stamina,coordination and balance. Turkish Get Ups! Watch carefully and give it a try with a light dumbbell or kettlebell. Once you figure it out (it won't take long) you can try a heavier weight.
