Farewell to 2010 Friday!

There's a popular saying I reference often, "Don't cry over spilled milk". Basically saying what's done is done and you can only move forward, no reason to focus on mistakes in the past.

2012 brings us a fresh year to focus on the future and let go of the past. Make 2012 the year to take action towards bettering your health!

1. Set a realistic long term goal and short term goals as well
2. Come up with action steps toward meeting those goals
3. Tell others about your goal and what you're doing to meet it

Motivation will get you started and habit will keep you going. Stay consistent with your new routine and keep setting short term goals. Surround yourself with positive people who will also hold you accountable.
