Advocare has some great recipes that go along with their 24 Day Challenge which is all about eating clean. The first recipe is straight out of their cookbook and the second is a recipe from Rita who is currently on the 24 Day Challenge and not only loving her weight loss results (4 lbs in less than a week!!!) but also getting creative in the kitchen. Way to go, Rita and thanks again for this awesome recipe!

Zesty Tuna from Advocare's 24 Day Challenge Cookbook:

Mix low sodium chunk light tuna, juice of half a lemon, half a diced avocado and basil and pepper to taste.

I ate this over some lettuce and it was delicious! A much healthier and heartier option than the typical sweet pickle relish and mayo mixture!

Rita's Almond Crusted Mahi

Rita bought frozen mahi filets from Trader Joe's and was very impressed. Then she dipped them in egg white, then in the almond flour (can be found at Trader Joe's, Campbell's and Hy-Vee Health Mart), then sprinkled on seafood magic seasoning, paprika, and a bit of pepper.  She baked the filets at 350 for 25 min.
