Valentine's Workout!

Ok, if you haven't found time to workout yet today but a few extra pieces of candy heart chocolate have snuck their way into your day, I've got a great workout for you! You can do this right at home with no equipment needed. Our program director at Crossfit Des Moines used the same numbers during our workout today and asked that we try and figure out how the numbers are significant. Can you figure it out????

Do as many rounds of these 4 exercises as you can in 15 minutes...

12 Burpees
15 Squat Jumps
22 Lunges - each leg counts as one
5 Push ups

*You can modify the exercises by doing the following: burpees can be changes to thrusters by taking out the push up completely, squat jumps can just be air squats and push ups can be done on your knees
