Have you ever seen a machine at the gym, wondered how to use it but not wanted to attempt it and look silly doing it incorrectly? I think this happens more times then we care to admit. Or maybe you've watched someone out of the corner of your eye use a machine and wished you could replicate it...but maybe only when no one else is looking. :) The rowing machine can be one of those machines. It looks intimidating and there is a technique to using it safely and effectively.
So, let's pull back the curtains on the contraption you never are sure about trying and learn how to use it! It's a GREAT full body cardio workout! Anyone see the Biggest Loser last night? They rowed 10,000 meters! Insanity I tell you...but what a workout!
