We will meet at 4 different parks in Ankeny during the 8 weeks of classes allowing for more variety:

1-2: Georgetown Park

5-6: Watercrest Park

7-8: Northcreek Park
*Directions to the parks will be emailed to participants prior to the first class!
What:

Boot Camp style workout (strength/cardio/core/stretching)
with minimal equipment in a fun outdoor setting!

Small class environment to allow for individual
attention from a trainer

Modifications offered throughout entire
workout based on your current fitness level and injuries/limitations

Workout suggestions outside of class

Included pre and post body composition
assessments (optional)
