MmONDAY!

I'm getting creative with nutrition and finding ways to cut back a bit on calories until weight lifting is an option again. One of the solutions I've found that fills me up with lots of nutrients but not a lot of calories is smoothies. Here's one I've had for lunch often. Try it!! Thanks Heather for finding this recipe on the Iowa Girl Eats blog and sending it my way!

1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt
