Workout of the Day!

Here's a no-equipment workout you can do right at home!

1 push up, 1 sit up, 1 air squat, 1 tricep dip
2 push ups, 2 sit ups, 2 air squats, 2 tricep dips
3 push ups, 3 sit ups, 3 air squats, 3 tricep dips...

Choose a number up to 10 and to all the way up! By making it to 10 you'll have done 55 repetitions of each of these exercises!
