Workout of the Day!

No Equipment? No problem! Last night I simply drove to a park that I know has a big hill. It happens to be a grass hill but running up the sidewalk on a hilly street works too!

Run as fast as you can up the hill and walk slowly down, repeat 8-10 times
Do 10-20 push ups, 10-20 squats, 10-20 sit ups then rest 1-2 mins
Repeat 1-2 more times for 3 total rounds! Great cardio plus a little strength thrown in there!
