If there's one thing I continually hear from people who attend group fitness classes on a regular basis is that they do it because of the accountability. There's a group of people and an instructor expecting you to show up on a regular basis. Accountability makes it easier to be disciplined and commited to exercise. Whether it's a trainer, a group fitness class or even a good friend you've asked to text you at a 5am to make sure you're up and at 'em for a run...find a way to hold yourself accountable for your workouts...because your results are worth the effort!
