Workout that Works Wednesday: Line Drills

Draw a line with chalk or lay down some type of rope...a crack in the cement even works!

Do as many possible reps of each exercise as you can within the alotted time:
30 seconds: Jump over the line with 2 feet side to side
30 seconds: Side to side pushups: do a pushup on one side, move hands still in pushup position and do a pushup on the other side
30 seconds: Jump over the line with 2 feet front to back
30 seconds rest

Repeat for 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level!
