
Do as many possible reps of each exercise as you can within the alotted time:
30 seconds: Jump over the line with 2 feet side to side
30 seconds: Side to side pushups: do a pushup on one side, move hands still in pushup position and do a pushup on the other side
30 seconds: Jump over the line with 2 feet front to back
30 seconds rest
Repeat for 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level!
