  • Eating almonds LOWERS your risk of weight gain and can actually help you lose weight?
  • Amonds can decrease your blood sugar levels after a meal?
I challenge you to stop the thinking that foods higher in fat are poor choices if you want to lose weight. Avacados, nuts, whole eggs and other foods higher in monosaturated fats DO have a place in a healthy diet!
