MmONDAY! Quinoa Recipes

What's the hype about Quinoa anyway???
 
It's protein content is very high (14% by mass). It is a complete protein meaning contains an adequate proportion of all nine of the essential amino acids necessary for the dietary needs of humans or other animals. Quinoa is a good source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and calcium.
