MmONDAY! Turkey Chili

The cooler temps today and football games make me want to fire up the crock-pot. Is there anything better than a warm bowl of chili on a cool, fall day? Below is a very simple but satisfying chili dish by my friend and dietician Stacy Mitchell. Check out her site at: for all sorts of great recipes, products and tips for living a healthier lifestyle. I'd love to hear your favorite healthy soup and/or chili recipes! Email them to me at:!
