MmONDAY! Turkey Chili

The cooler temps today and football games make me want to fire up the crock-pot. Is there anything better than a warm bowl of chili on a cool, fall day? Below is a very simple but satisfying chili dish by my friend and dietician Stacy Mitchell. Ingredients
1 lb Honey Suckle Breakfast Turkey Sausage
1 can Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes, no-salt-added
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
1 can chili beans
1 1/2 cups chopped celery

Preparation
Brown turkey sausage in a skillet. In a crock-pot add tomatoes, corn, beans and celery. Once ground turkey is cooked add it to the crock-pot. Place on LOW for 6 to 9 hours.
