Workouts that Work Wednesday: Rainy Day Workout!

50 Step Ups - just find a step and step up with both feet then step back down, go as fast as you can

25 Push ups (on toes or knees)

10 Squat jumps - just squat then jump high as you're coming out of the squat (drop the squat if needed)

5 forearm plank holds at 20 seconds each, demo:

10 Jumping lunges - lunge then jump in the air and switch feet (drop of the jump if needed)

25 Tricep dips on step or coffee table, demo:

50 Step Ups

*As always, make sure you are thoroughly warmed up before starting a workout and cooldown/stretch when the workout is completed.
