Here's some easy ways to work balance into your everyday life and workouts:
- Stand on one leg as you go about your routine: brushing teeth, washing dishes, folding clothing
- Fold a towel several times and stand on it with both or one leg while watching t.v.
- Sit on a stability ball rather than a bench when exercising or chair when working
- Stand on a Bosu ball - add exercises as you are able to balance, like squats
- Try exercises that strength your entire core and require balance like:

*As you begin balance exercises it's important to have someone nearby to spot you or a sturdy object like wall to help until you are able to stabilize. NOT falling is the goal :)
