Stay in Shape!

My challenge to you this holiday season is to stay in shape regardless of the cookies, cakes and no routine! If you need ideas for at-home workouts check out my blog achieve on the right under "Workout Ideas" and pull as many as you need. It takes just 20-30 minutes of your day to keep your fitness goals moving in the right direction. Plan ahead with your meals and enjoy those few moments you let it go with a piece of pie or favorite cookie. Control your portions and get right back into clean eating. If you're somewhere where the meal is served and you have no control over what's on your plate...accept it gracefully, enjoy it, and know that one meal won't set you back! Bring snacks with you wherever you go like Larabars and almonds to help between meals or even after if you really cut back portions due to unhealthy choices. You can enjoy the holidays and stay in shape!!!
