Get Your Snow Day Sweat On!

Trapped inside because of the white stuff? No problem! Here's a workout you can do right in your own home...right now!

Use any stair case and start on the floor using only the bottom step. Alternate feet stepping up and down as quickly as you can for 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 total rounds of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest.

Take a 1-2 minute rest then...

Keep your toes on the ground and reach up your stairs until you can place your hands beneath your shoulders for an elevated push up. Perform elevated push ups for 8 rounds, 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest.

Take a 1-2 minute rest then...

Plant one foot on the bottom step with the other foot on the floor. Drive the back leg knee up, keeping your other foot firmly on the step. Continue driving the back knee up for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds. Do 4 rounds on the right leg and 4 rounds on the left leg.
