When it Becomes a Lifestyle

When working out and eating well become a lifestyle and not a constant struggle!
 
There's a turning point where the hard work that goes into establishing a habit finally becomes your new normal without as much thought or effort as it once took. Many people give up before getting to this point because it is hard! When I see clients struggling to establish good habits I always remind them there will come a point where it's easier! Keep this in mind as you are working on eating and moving better...dedication now, even when it's early and you're sore and you're sick of vegetables...will become results and a lifestyle later!

A group fitness class in an outdoor, encouraging non-intimidating environment! Fat blasting, full body workouts with body weight and minimal equipment while you get to know others! Kids are free to play on the playground while we workout but no supervision is provided.

June 3- July 4
9:30-10:15 am Monday - Thursday
2 classes/week for 5 weeks: $150
3 classes/week for 5 weeks: $180

*JUNE FACEBOOK CHALLENGE
DAILY MINIMAL EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS, FOLLOW PALEO EATING FOR 31 DAYS, ACCOUNTABILITY AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO MEET YOUR GOALS!
You'll be part of a private Facebook group and receive daily workouts and nutrition tips plus ongoing support and accountability from the group. Almost 20 people are participating this May and are experiencing AMAZING results! Equipment will be minimal and inexpensive. Modifications/demonstrations are provided for every exercise. Information on Paleo will be provided and you can choose to accept the nutrition challenge for the month and see how much your body changes!
