2 body analysis tests at Thrive in Ankeny to personalize and maximize your results!
- Pre and Post Challenge: inches, body fat percentage, calories burned at rest, calorie goal for weight maintenance or loss, amount of protein needed daily
- Testing will be done the week of September 9th and September 30th; time options will be emailed to participants
2 Herbalife shakes/day for breakfast and lunch and eat a sensible dinner!
1 bottle of Cell Activator to maximize your body’s absorption of vitamins and minerals!
2 snacks between shakes from the “Approved Snack List”!
2 one hour fitness classes where you’ll not just get a great workout with fun people but learn how to workout right at home!
- Sunday, September 22nd & September 29th: 1-2 pm at Georgetown Park in Ankeny
1 membership to a private Facebook group where you’ll receive a daily workout challenge and receive encouragement along with accountability from other participants!
All of this for less than $10/day!
How do I sign up?
Step 1: Email Amy at AmyDrefke@gmail.com, include your shake choice and protein choice. Both of these products mix together to create your shake (2 scoops of each/shake):
- Formula 1 Shake (Choose 1): French vanilla, Dutch chocolate, wild berry, cookies & crème, dulce de leche, pina colada or café latte
- Protein Drink Mix (Choose 1): Vanilla, chocolate
- $130 – prior to September 1
- $140 – after September 1
*Add $26 to total coast to add a multi vitamin; highly recommended!
Step 3: Once your check is received watch for an email to be added to the Facebook group!
