Workout that Works Wednesday

Sometimes just changing up the structure of your workout makes the time pass faster and gives you that extra boost to avoid boredom. Here's a fun idea you can do right at home! Thanks for the idea, Carolyn!

Choose a number from 5-8. You do that many exercises, with that many repetitions of each exercise, that many rounds, and that number x 10 rest between rounds. I also like to add in that many minutes of cardio both before the rounds and after all the rounds. Example:
6 minute run

6 Air Squats
6 Burpees
6 Jumping Jacks
6 Push Ups
6 Alternating lunges
6 Mountain Climbers

60 second rest then repeat for 5 more rounds for a total of 6 rounds with 60 seconds rest at the end of each round.

6 minute run
