  1. Love this one Amy - especially the part about runner's knees since I struggle with that. Had I not been sedentary for so long before I started running, I wonder if I would struggle today? Strength training is a little like eating veggies for me, not my favorite thing to do, but it allows me to have a treat now and then - a nice long run.
