Here's a no-equipment full body festive workout for you to do today no matter where you are! Rest 2-3 minutes once you've finished and repeat if you can!
On the 12th Day of Christmas my trainer gave to me...
12 squat jumps (or air squats)
11 push ups
10 lunges each leg
9 burpees
8 mountain climbers each leg
7 tricep dips
6 sit ups
5 squat jumps
4 push ups
3 lunges each leg
2 side planks,1 minute each
1minute forearm plank
