MmmONDAY!

It's the day after Christmas and all through the house are goodies and leftovers!! Take them or toss them! Take them to a shelter in need, your spouses work, a get together or get rid of them. Then get back on track with your fitness routine. You can do it! Hydration is key if your diet has been different or you've had some alcohol. Aim for half your body weight in ounces of water every day!
