Things You Should Know Thursday

Eating a snack before and after you exercise boosts energy levels to help you push harder at the gym and recover faster afterwards. Eat a snack 30 minutes before and within 30 minutes after your workout. Here's a great resource for 20 pre-post workout snacks and even all the nutritional information you need to know for each one.
