Workout that Works Wednesday

Yesterday I did double crunches during a class I attended and I felt muscles in my mid-lower abs burn like crazy! It's a simple exercise that incorporates the basic crunch then a lower body movement. This YouTube video is not the greatest quality but it does a nice job quickly demonstrating the motion. Remember to keep your elbows straight out to the side and do not lace your hands behind your head. You should not be pulling on your neck at any point during this exercise.
