Group Fitness Class in Ankeny!


Workouts that Work with Amy 8 Week Challenge!

When: Thursday 7-8 pm, February 23rd – April 12th (no class March 22nd)


Where: The Station located at 1924 SW 3rd St, Ankeny, Iowa

What:

·        45 minute full body workout (strength/cardio/core) with minimal equipment
·        Small class environment to allow for lots of individual attention from a trainer
·        Options throughout the entire class for modifying workouts based on your current fitness level and injuries/limitations
·        Learn as you workout from a personal trainer how to exercise right in your own home to achieve your goals
·        Weekly workout and nutritional challenges to do outside of class
·        Included pre and post body composition assessments (optional)

Why:
·        Fun, small group environment with no intimidation.
·        Make new fitness friends!
·        Lots of attention from a personal trainer to give specific and immediate feedback , to offer encouragement and to give workout and nutritional suggestions to help you meet your health related goals outside of class!
·        A kick start to your fitness routine or a reason to start one!
·        Accountability! I will take attendance and send one group email/week.
·        Something new! It’s always good to learn new exercises to spice up your current routine.

Cost:
Challenge participants: $80 paid in full on February 23rd when you come to class, checks made out to Amy Drefke
*I’d like to keep the class size small enough I can give everyone individual attention as much as possible. Therefore, the class will be limited to the first 12 people who sign up!

  1. Together with the above workout routine, I’ve chosen to add in fairly several morning abdominal exercise to increase my mind-to-muscle link. This will enhance the firmness within your 6 pack abs.
