Failing to plan means planning to fail...especially when it comes to nutrition. Grabbing easy, convenient food on the go usually results in poor food choices and health goals being pushed to the side.
Here's a great idea for those of us who have a crock pot and are so busy on the weekdays. Just prep and freeze on the weekend, then on the weekdays dump in the AM and eat as a family in the PM! Not all the ingredients are super health-conscious but it is a far cry from choosing McDonald's on the way home from dance because you're too exhausted and have nothing prepared. Experiment with your own "tweaks"...I will too!
