Workout that Works Wednesday: Double Crunches

Why just crunch when you can double crunch?! Check out this short demo video and then give them a try! Double crunch for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of bicycle crunches and 30 seconds of leg lifts. Then rest 1 minute and repeat for a great all over core workout.
