Workouts that Work Wednesday: The Great Fitness Experiment

Charlotte Anderson wrote a page turning book titled, "The Great Fitness Experiment" where she spends an entire year doing workouts from magazine clip outs to fitness centers that "work, don't work, and are just plain weird". She delves into a past of eating disorders and coping with a fitness crazed body-obsessed culture in a funny and very real way.

Charlotte's blog is equally as entertaining, informative and hilarious! I'm often left in tears from laughing so hard. It's not for the easily offended but for those looking for the real truths that fitness can bring about like arm pit hair, food "fakes" and how to pull through that dreaded run with an audio book.  Here's her blog archive:
