Things You Should Know Thursday: Perspective

One workout won't give you a flat tummy and one piece of birthday cake won't make you fat.

Sit with that for a second. :)

The key to success is keeping things in perspective and consistency. Forget set backs and move forward. The more consistent you are with exercise and clean eating the healthier you'll be. No one is perfect so don't expect perfection from yourself. Try, try and try again!
