MmONDAY! Pumpkin Protein Bars

I tried some homemade pumpkin protein bars this weekend that really helped me refuel post workout and they were delicious so I had to share! Try them!

4 TBS coconut flour
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice to your preference [I used 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 t of p.p spice]
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
6 egg whites
1 cup pumpkin puree
1.5 t vanilla extract
stevia to taste(I used splenda instead as I don't have any stevia)
Add wet to dry.
Spray 8×8 pan, and bake for 30 minutes at 350F - cut into 9 bars when cooled

Carbs- 4g
fat - 1g
Soduim - 146mg
Sugar - 1g
Protein - 10g
