Workouts that Work Wednesday: Side Split Squat

It's important to perform exercises in different planes. Many of the common exercises involve movement in the front of your body like bicep curls, shoulder press and squats. Moving laterally will work different muscle groups and challenge your core. Here's a great exercise to challenge your core, develop strong inner and outter leg muscles and tone up those buns!
