2013 Holiday Challenge with Amy!

o   Females:
§  Beginner: 5 lb & 8 lb dumbbells, 4-6 lb medicine ball, 8-10 lb kettlebell
§  Intermediate:  10 & 15 lb dumbbells, 8 lb medicine ball, 15-20 lb kettlebell
§  Advanced:  10, 15 & 20 lb dumbbells, 8-12 lb medicine ball, 20-25 lb kettlebell
o   Males:
§  Beginner:  10 & 15 lb dumbbells, 8 lb medicine ball, 15-20 lb kettlebell
§  Intermediate: 15, 20, 25 lb dumbbells, 8-12 lb medicine ball, 20-30 lb kettlebell
