Worktouts that Work Wednesday: Knees to Elbow

This video shows several variations and modifications of knees to elbow or toes to bar. At Monday's boot camp class participants tried the modification by raising their knees toward their chest on playground monkey bars! The highlight was the very small boy who shouted, "I can do that if my dad helps me!" :)
It's a great full body workout, especially for your core. So...take your kids to the park and rather than sit on a bench, do a few step ups, some dips and pushups then try knees to elbow on the monkey bars!
